GRACE Score
The Global Registry of Acute Coronary Events (GRACE) is a tool that estimates the probability of death in ACS patients and was derived from over 100,000 patients from 250 hospitals across the world. It can be used to derive the probability of death at admission and at 6 months. As mentioned, the NICE Guidelines recommend using the tool as a guide to tailor management of ACS.5
