A 31-year-old man attends the Emergency Department (ED) two days after returning from a holiday in the Gambia. He has a pustule on his scalp which he first noticed a few days ago. He is concerned because he can now feel something moving within the pustule.
On inspection he has a 1cm diameter pustule on his scalp.
