A 65-year-old male patient is brought to the Emergency Department (ED) with severe abdominal pain, nausea and blood in the urine.
On assessment: GCS-15, HR-115, SpO2 -95% on air, BP- 100/70 mmHg, RR-20, temp -37.1 degrees Celsius. Systemic examination reveals a soft abdomen with tenderness over the epigastric region.
You have decided that the most worrisome diagnosis to look for in this patient is AAA and decide to perform POCUS.
