A Wrist Injury Not to be Missed

A 32-year-old male presents to the Emergency department following a fall on his outstretched left hand from a height of 1.5m. On examination of the left wrist, there was diffuse pain, tenderness, swelling and a reduced range of movement.

An x-ray of the wrist was performed and this is shown below.
