Clinical Features
Several clinical forms of impetigo exist. All forms are more common in children, with the bullous form seen mainly in the under twos and the non-bullous form in the two to five year-olds. Adult contacts may develop crusting impetigo or folliculitis around shaved areas on the face and axillae.
