You are the doctor in the Emergency Department. A patient presents in the minors department who has presented with left shoulder pain.

He is a 43-year-old male, the pain in his shoulder started 20 minutes after his third dive of the day. He thinks he ‘pulled a muscle lifting the heavy tanks.’ He is alert and his observations are normal.
