A 43-year-old female presents to the emergency department (ED) complaining of blurred vision and pain affecting her right eye. The lids of her right eye are swollen shut and appear bruised. She reluctantly tells you she tripped the day before and hit her right eye on the corner of a chair.
On careful examination, you notice subtle up-gaze restriction of the right eye, accompanied by diplopia. On slit lamp examination, you see the appearance below.
