A 7-year-old child presents to the Paediatric Emergency Department, with his father, 2 hours after falling off his bike directly on to the handlebars. His Father was concerned as he has been complaining of abdominal pain. On examination he is clinically stable with no A D concerns. He is tender in his upper abdomen with abdominal wall ecchymosis.
