You are the ED registrar on night shift at a Major Trauma Centre.
Trauma alert: A 35-year-old intoxicated male fell from a roof. A pelvic binder has been applied. Blood is present around the urethral meatus with significant bruising in the perineum.
GCS 10/15 (E2 V3 M5), Heart rate 130, Blood pressure 89/45, Sats 100% on 15L O2, RR 30. ETA 10 minutes.
