A 23-year-old man presents to the Emergency Department (ED) following a rugby tackle with left rib pain.
Examination reveals only left lower chest and focal LUQ tenderness, the rest of his abdomen is soft with normal bowel sounds, no bruising and he is haemodynamically stable.
CXR is normal and urine dip shows +1Hb.
Despite good analgesia he is still complaining of pain.
