A-56-year old patient in your majors department, who has presented with lethargy, has started a tonic-clonic seizure. You have managed ABC, applied oxygen, gained IV access and given your first dose of IV benzodiazepines. His Blood glucose is 6.8.

As part of your initial assessment a venous blood gas has been run which can be seen below:
