A 45-year-old man with no comorbidities presents to the Emergency Department (ED) with a history of multiple bee stings to his neck approximately 45mins earlier. He is complaining of generalized itching, chest pain and difficulty to breathe.
On examination there are no concerns regarding his airway. He has wheals on his back and chest and associated pruritis. He is tachycardic with HR 121bpm, RR 32 cycles/min with spo2 97% on room air, and a BP of 88/42mmHg.
As a part of his workup an ECG is done and is shown below.
