A 5-week term baby is brought in by his parents with a 24-hour history of poor feeding. He has no fever or infective features.
He is alert and pink with a RR 60, O2 sats 99% in room air. HR 256 BP 80/50 and afebrile. CRT < 2 seconds with warm peripheries. An ECG is performed.
