A 40-year-old male presents to your Emergency Department (ED) complaining of severe neck pain, headache and weakness on the right side of his body.

He was involved in a Road Traffic Collision 3 weeks ago. At that time he presented to the Emergency Department and underwent a CT Scan of his Head, Neck, Chest, Abdomen and Pelvis. The scan was reported as normal and he was admitted overnight for observation. He was discharged the following morning after an uneventful stay.

When he is examined today you find he has decreased power of all myotomes on the right side.
