A 45-year-old gentleman presents to the Emergency Department (ED) with a bite wound to the hand, which was sustained when trying to separate 2 dogs which were fighting. One of the dogs was his. The incident occurred 1 hour ago.
He is on apixaban and bisoprolol. No known drug allergies.
